What is the ubby manufacturing process?
All of our blankets ship within 2-3 weeks of receipt of order. Each personalized blanket is custom made-to-order in the USA and is well worth the wait. If you a need a gift sooner we offer an expedited option for a small fee which will get your blanket shipped in approximately 6 business days.

How will a myubby order be packaged?
All myubby products are cleaned, rolled, and tied in quality myubby ribbon. Each blanket is delivered in a custom designed myubby delivery bag.

Does myubby have any guarantees on their products?
All ubby personalized baby blankets and adult throws are guaranteed to produce uncontrollable smiles. Build a blanket. Create a smile. That's our motto, and we stand by it.

If you have received your order and it is damaged or defective in any way, please let us know and we will replace it immediately. We believe in our products and back them up with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're unhappy with your ubby, please let us know. We'll either help you build a new ubby or refund your money.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any errors made during your custom ubby blanket builder process, including any choices you may have made on fabric, edging, and personalization. So please check - and double check - your order.

We will be held responsible for any errors we make during production of your custom ubby blanket. If we make a mistake, we ask for your forgiveness and a little extra time to make a new one.

In our experience, an ubby can withstand many, many years of car rides, bedtimes, screaming tug of war games and more. Treat yours with extra care by machine washing in cold water and drying on low.

Usage and Care:
Our unique ubby blankets are made of 100% ubby soft polyester. For optimum care and cuddle factor, machine wash cold.
